Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states). Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas, which is how we keep prices low; please allow for this transit time. Delays caused by carriers, customs or weather are outside our control, but we will always help you track your parcel.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Tracking information may take 2–4 days to update after dispatch.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mmarhid95@gmail.com; we can correct it only before the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders to the United States under $800 are generally not subject to import duties. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
