This website is operated by Olvasmart (Manuel Martín Hidalgo, Calle Don Marcos 20, 29631 Benalmádena, Málaga, Spain). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

The Olvasmart 3D Eye Beauty Device is a personal-care and wellness device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary by individual. Read the user manual before use. Do not use if you have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, epilepsy, are pregnant, have an eye condition or skin injury around the eyes, or are under 18, without consulting a doctor. Stop use immediately if you experience discomfort.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues; if we cancel, you will be refunded in full. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to display our products and their features accurately. Product images may be illustrative. "Before/after" images are illustrations of targeted results and do not guarantee individual outcomes. Customer quotes displayed on the site are attributed to their original source.

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images) belongs to Olvasmart or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olvasmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that apply under the mandatory laws of your state of residence.
